What we care about
Listening first. Every project starts with how you want to use the space: who's there, when, and what isn't working today. The best design answers those questions before it answers "what color?"
Planning below the surface. Most outdoor problems start where no one looks — the base, the slope, the soil, and where water goes in a summer storm. We plan those parts carefully because they decide how a project looks in five years, not just on the day it's finished.
Clear communication. You should know what's included, what isn't, who handles approvals, and what could change the plan. Our proposals are written so you can compare them line by line with anyone else's.
Straight answers. Sometimes the right advice is a smaller project, a phased plan, or a different material than the one you started with. Sometimes a project isn't a fit for us at all. We'd rather tell you than sell you.
Respect for your home. We treat your yard, landscaping, and neighbors with care, and we keep you informed when weather or approvals affect the schedule.
Who we work with
We work with homeowners in Orlando and nearby communities in Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Volusia counties. Some are replacing a cracked slab or driveway; others are planning a complete backyard with shade and an outdoor kitchen. Both deserve the same attention to what's underneath.
What we do — and what we don't
We focus on outdoor spaces and hardscaping: paver patios, driveways, pool-deck surfaces, walkways, shade structures, outdoor kitchens, and repair and restoration.
We don't build or resurface pools, work on pool equipment, or build screen enclosures. Electrical, gas, and plumbing work is done by appropriately licensed trades, and structures that need engineering get it. Your proposal will always say who does what.
Let's talk about your space
If you're planning a project, the easiest first step is a short conversation. Request a consultation and we'll follow up.
